For the assignor, we ensure that the companies are not registered on defaulter lists, are up to date with payments and have a regular relationship with the debtor company. Likewise, we verify that the invoices correspond to their annual billing and that they have signed the necessary models and contracts.

Regarding the cash advance service, we ensure that it has a rating greater than 4 according to the analysis methods, is a recurring business between the assignor and debtor, has a payment term of less than 150 days and a recently generated invoice with an amount correlative to the invoicing between both parties.

Finally, we evaluate key criteria of the debtor company, such as its rating higher than 4 according to the analysis methods, clarity and simplicity in contact, compliance, high turnover and profits in the last accounts presented or provided, as well as a main corporate purpose similar to the purpose of the invoice.
